This is just part of the game.
I miss playing baseball. I miss the competition. I miss the smell of freshly dewed grass. I miss tossing the ball around on a crisp morning. I miss playing in the summer at dusk. I miss the excitement from the ping of the bat. I miss the satisfaction from a beautifully handled ball.
What do I miss the most?
The camaraderie.

I miss watching baseball! Some people think it is boring in comparison to basketball and football but I think it has so much tradition behind it and so much pageantry. I do think they need to do a few things to make games more exciting to non-fans, but some people will never get into them. I love the New York Mets btw. That's spiderman's team, and that's also my team.
I can see why some think baseball is boring. But, it is a lack of understanding that makes it boring. Once you understand the reasoning behind players and coaches decisions or the strategy behind these decisions, the game it much more exiting. Baseball is my favorite sport.
