I haven’t been to many planning commission meetings, but I still think I saw something I won't see very often. While listening to a resident speaking during public comment, I heard a very distinctive noise over the PA system--the distractive wheezing of someone snoring.No? Could it be?
Yes it was! The city attorney had fallen asleep! Though, he did only get about 3 or 4 good snores in before he woke himself up.
I had to try hard not to laugh aloud.

I know what you mean. I went to a council meeting last week where one of the council members dozed off for a few minutes. He didn't snore but while discussion was going on I could see his head nodding off the whole time, and so did the rest of the audience! then he woke up and jumped right back into the discussion. Now that's one dedicated public official
oh man! i went to a council meeting and people were fighting! i should go to council meetings instead of looking for azusa backyard wrestlings or gang fights at diamond bar highschools.
